The highly-anticipated ensemble comedy, Fukrey 3, burst onto the big screen with a spectacular debut on Thursday. However, it experienced a minor setback on Friday. According to initial estimates reported by Sacnilk.com, the film managed to rake in a commendable ₹7.5 crore on its second day in theaters. With a star-studded cast featuring the likes of Richa Chadha, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh, Pulkit Samrat, and Pankaj Tripathi, the film has collectively amassed a two-day total of ₹16.32 crore.

Fukrey 3 had a grand premiere on Thursday, coinciding with a partial holiday, and triumphed with ₹8.82 crore at the box office. Nonetheless, on Friday, it saw a marginal decline, recording a 19.69 percent occupancy rate and collecting ₹7.5 crore, as reported in the latest update. Notably, Fukrey 3 continues to outshine its competition, including Kangana Ranaut’s Chandramukhi 2 and Vivek Agnihotri’s The Vaccine War, both of which released on the same day.

Scripted by Vipul Vig and masterfully directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, Fukrey 3 is a production brought to life by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani under the prestigious banner of Excel Entertainment. This latest installment arrives six years after the release of Fukrey Returns and a whole decade after the debut of the franchise’s first chapter.

Initially slated for release on September 7, Fukrey 3 was set to clash with Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. However, due to delays in the production of Salaar, the release date was pushed to December 1 and ultimately to September 28. It’s worth noting that Ali Fazal, a prominent figure in the first two Fukrey films, is notably absent from this third installment.

Following the release of Fukrey 3, Pulkit Samrat’s talented actor girlfriend, Kriti Kharbanda, took to Instagram to share her excitement and admiration.
