Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have been extended invitations to attend the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple.
On Sunday, the renowned Bollywood couple, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, formally accepted an invitation to participate in the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The ceremony, scheduled for January 22, was extended to the actors as conveyed in a statement by producer Mahaveer Jain.
The invitation was personally presented to Alia and Ranbir by Shri Sunil Ambekar, Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh of RSS; Shri Ajay Mudpe, Prant Prachar Pramukh, RSS Konkan; and producer Mahaveer Jain. The statement highlighted the significance of their presence at the Shri Ramjanmabhoomi Mandir Pranpratishtha Ceremony.
Earlier, legendary actor Rajinikanth had also received a personal invitation to attend the consecration ceremony. Sources close to Jain had previously disclosed that besides Rajinikanth, prominent figures such as Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Sunny Deol, Prabhas, Madhuri Dixit, Anupam Kher, and Akshay Kumar are expected to be part of this auspicious ceremony.
