Nitin Jain: Balancing the needs and goals of multiple clients is always a challenge in the PR industry, but it’s a challenge that we’re well-equipped to handle. We start by clearly defining the scope of work and objectives for each client upfront, and then work to prioritize tasks and deliverables based on those objectives. We also maintain open and frequent communication with clients, and make sure to set realistic expectations and timelines for each project.
